Samuel and Ruth Esh opened The Smiling Cow Farm Market in April 2024. "I grew up on a farm," Samuel says, "and was taught to use only the highest standards of excellence in a grass-based food farming operation. As the years passed, we found ourselves inspired to start our own business serving truly farm-to-table items to the community. Every day it is so rewarding to see the animals out in the fresh air and sunshine, frolicking and munching on fresh green grass. It is all very exciting and we offer a heartfelt thank you to each and every customer for helping us reach our goals, one step at a time. We also want to thank God, our Creator, for giving us the privilege of being stewards of his wonderful creation. Indeed his creation is lovingly, preciously made. We do ourselves well when we keep these gifts in our minds and hearts."
As a farm and market visitor you will certainly feel the goodness and beauty of the vibrant environment. The Esh family hopes to introduce farm tours in the upcoming year.
